Retreat Testing Protocol

Day 1 – Baseline Measurements Begin your journey with a comprehensive baseline assessment:

• 10 minutes with eyes open (EO)

• 10 minutes with eyes closed (EC)

• Visual ERP assessment Each session takes under an hour, with staggered scheduling allowing two participants per hour. Six EEG measurement stations will be available, supported by a trained technician to ensure smooth and accurate testing. Cost: $375 per participant

Day 5 – Post-Retreat Measurements & Reporting On the final day, participants will repeat the baseline protocol to assess changes and improvements:

• 10 minutes EO, 10 minutes EC, visual ERP Cost: $375 per participant

Reporting Options:

• Simple Pre/Post Report: Basic comparison of individual-level data before and after the retreat

• Optional Individual Results Review: A 30-minute online session within 30 days post-retreat to dive deeper into your personal results – $250 per participant
